Most messages get resolved on the first reply when they include a little detail. Depending on what you are writing about, these are the things worth mentioning:
A game will not load or is broken
- The link to the game page on this site
- What happens instead � a blank area, a spinner that never ends, an error message
- Your browser and device, and whether an ad blocker is switched on
Games are embedded from outside providers, so a failure is often at their end. We still want to know: if a game is dead we will pull it or replace it.
An advert caused a problem
- Which page you were on, and roughly when
- What the ad did � sound with no prompt, a redirect, covering the game, adult or misleading content
- A screenshot if you have one
Please report these. We can block individual ad placements, and bad ads only get removed if someone tells us they exist.
Your account
Write from the email address on the account. We can help with sign-in trouble, changing your details, or deleting the account and its data entirely.
Copyright and takedowns
Please do not use this form. Copyright complaints have their own process with specific requirements � see the DMCA page. Sending a notice there gets it handled far faster.
Business and partnerships
Developers wanting their game featured, and advertising or partnership enquiries, are welcome. Mention what you have in mind and include a link.
What to expect
We are a small operation, so replies usually take a couple of days rather than minutes. Copyright notices and reports of harmful ads are treated as urgent and jump the queue. We do not operate a phone line, and because Adult Puzzles is a website with no mobile app, there is no app-store support channel either.
