1. What Adult Puzzles is
A free, advertising-supported website offering browser games. It is a website only — we publish no mobile app and distribute no installable software. Access requires nothing more than a modern browser.
2. Who may use it
The site is intended for a general audience aged 13 or over. Accounts must not be created by children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the site with a parent or guardian's agreement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate details when registering, tell us promptly if you think someone else has access, and do not share or sell your account. One person, one account — accounts created to manipulate leaderboards, ratings or comments will be removed.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Break the law, or use the site to harm, harass, defame or impersonate anyone
- Post spam, advertising, malware, or sexually explicit or hateful material in comments
- Cheat, script, automate or otherwise falsify plays, ratings, votes or leaderboard standings

- Hotlink or re-embed our pages or games on another site as if they were yours
- Probe, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the advertising that funds the site in a way that damages it
5. Comments and anything else you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the site. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may edit or remove content that breaks these terms, and we may close accounts that repeatedly do so. Comments are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.
6. The games and who owns them
We do not create the games. They are embedded from licensed distribution partners, and all intellectual property in each game — code, art, sound, characters and names — belongs to its developer or publisher. Nothing here transfers any right in a game to you. Your right is to play it on this site, personally and non-commercially.
The Adult Puzzles name, logo, site design, category descriptions and editorial text are ours and may not be copied without permission.
7. Third-party content and links
Games, adverts and outbound links come from third parties whose content and practices we do not control and cannot guarantee. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove games, features or the whole service at any time, with or without notice. Individual games may disappear when a licence ends or a provider withdraws them. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Ending access
You can stop using the site or delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if we are required to. Deleting your account removes your favourites, likes and comments association.
10. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that content is accurate, safe or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Adult Puzzles and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you post.
13. Copyright complaints
If you believe material accessible here infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Adult Puzzles is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
