Adult Puzzles respects copyright and responds promptly to properly made complaints. This page explains the fastest way to get infringing material removed.
Read this first — we do not host the games
Every game on this site is embedded from a third-party distribution provider, including GameDistribution, GameMonetize, YAD, YIV and BestGames. The game files themselves sit on the provider's servers, not ours. What we control is the listing page, its title, description and thumbnail, and whether the game appears here at all.
That means we can always remove a game from Adult Puzzles, quickly. We cannot delete a file from a provider's servers — for that, the notice also needs to reach the provider, who is the actual host. Telling us is still worth doing, and we will point you at the right provider where we can.
Sending a takedown notice
Send your notice by email to [email protected] with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), it must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed — or, for multiple works, a representative list.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with the full URL of the page on this site, precise enough for us to locate it.
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
Notices missing the URL are the most common reason for delay. Please include it.
What we do when a notice arrives
- We acknowledge receipt.
- Where the notice is complete, we remove or disable the listing on this site, usually within a few business days.
- We notify the distribution provider that supplied the game, so the complaint reaches the actual host.
- We keep a record of the notice and what we did about it.
Counter-notice
If your game or material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not pursue a court order, the material may be restored.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and submitting parties that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated, and we stop accepting content from sources that repeatedly generate valid notices.
A caution about false claims
Under §512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure you hold the rights before sending a notice.
